WorkForce Payroll allows you to select what employee and leave information is displayed on Payslips.
Step 1: Launch the Payroll module;
Step 2: Click on Settings from the main menu, and then on Payslip Settings;
Step 3: Select what information you would like to display on your payslips. For more information on each payslip field, please refer to the table below.
Step 4: Click on Save to apply your changes.
Note: Please note that payslip settings can be updated after generating your first payslips on WorkForce.
The table below gives you a description of each payslip setting:

Print employee number |
Select this field if you would like to show the employee’s unique number. |
PS2 |
Print Payslips with Zero (0) net pay |
Select this field if you would like to still generate payslips for employees that have a net pay of zero. |
PS3 |
Print employee address |
Select this field if you would like to print the employee’s address (Residential house or apartment number, street name, locality, code, and country). |
PS4 |
Print Employment Type |
Select this field if you would like to show the employee’s Employment Type (Full-time, Part-time, etc.). |
PS5 |
Print full-timer working hours |
Select this field if you would like to show the Full-time working hours of an employee. If this option is selected, you will be prompted with a selection between Actual Hours and Average Hours.

Print part-time hours and rate |
Select this field if you would like to show the total attendance hours and hourly rate (€) for each part-time employee |
PS7 |
Print overtime breakdown |
Select this field if you would like to show the breakdown of overtime hours for the pay run. If this option is selected, you will be prompted with a selection between Always and If not zero:

Select this field if you would like to show the employee’s IBAN |

Select this field if you would like to show the employee’s postal address (Residential house or apartment number, street name, locality, code, and country) at the top of the payslip to show from the envelope. |
PS10 |
Print one payslip per page (Only available for payslips issued for months prior to 2021) |
This field is only applicable if you are generating the payslips for 2020 or before. |
PS11 |
Print auto deductions breakdown |
Select this field if you would like to show the breakdown of auto deductions in the payslips. Auto deductions are deductions that are deducted automatically by the system. Such deductions include Sickness Benefit, Injury Benefit, Unpaid Vacation Leave, Half-Sick Leave, Unpaid Sick Leave, and Short Hours. |

Show Leave Details |
Select this field to show the Vacation Leave entitlement for the year, total hours taken, approved Vacation hours that have not yet been taken, Vacation Leave hourstaken during the pay run, and the remaining balance. |
PS13 |
Show Sick Leave |
Select this field if you would like to show the Sick leave in the payslips. |
PS14 |
Show Sick Leave Entitlement |
Select this field to show the Sick Leave entitlement for the year, total hours taken, approved Sick leave hours that have not yet been taken, Sick Leave hours taken during the pay run, and the remaining balance. |
PS15 |
Show Leave Booked till End of Year |
In addition to PS1, select this field if you would like to show the total Vacation hours requested this year. |
