If you are a new WorkForce client, you are required to setup the basic leave settings before starting working on the Leave module.
You are required to have Administrator permissions on the Leave module to access the Leave Settings. For more information on how to provide permissions on each WorkForce module, please click here.
Step 1: Click on Product Switcher, then on WorkForce
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, click on Settings, then on Leave.
Step 3: Tick the check boxes next to the setup option you would like to include.
- Send pending leave requests to approvers by email which means that the Team supervisors will receive emails showing pending leave requests.
- Include Approval Remark in Email will show the Approval Remark in the email the user receives when the leave request is approved.
- Hide Leave calendar names for users with ‘User Role’ only is a setting that will allow users to see that there are people in their Team on either leave or sick leave, but they will not be shown the name of those employees.
Step 4: Click on Save.
