How do I view any Leave Request?
Step 1: Launch the WorkForce Leave module
Step 2: Click on View Requests from the left-hand side menu.
Step 3: Insert the Date From, Date To, select the employee/s, Leave Types, and Status, and click on the Search button to filter the Leave requests.
Note: You can select individual employees, multiple employees, whole team/s, whole department/s, or all employees. By default, all employees, leave types, and statuses are selected.
How do I Approve, or Reject any Leave?
Step 4: Upon clicking on the checkbox next to the leave transactions, three new buttons appear at the bottom of the page: Approve, Reject or Delete
Note: After approving or rejecting a leave request, you can change its status by following Step 4 again. Moreover, you cannot approve a future leave request if the same employee has pending leave requests in the past.
How do I delete a Leave Request?
You can still delete a Leave request after approving or rejecting the request. To delete the request, click on the checkbox next to the transaction, and click on the Delete purple button.
Please note that after deleting the request, its status will update to awaiting deletion. The leave request will be permanently removed after approving your deletion (by clicking on Approve to approve the deletion)
List of filter shortcuts
Instead of manually populating the search filters, you can opt to use the built-in filter shortcuts from the right-hand side of the page. Below is a list of filter shortcuts that you can use:
- All pending requests this year
- Pending Last month

Note: Upon pressing on the preferred filter shortcut, please press the Search button to complete your search.
