This article will provide instructions on how to buy or update your WorkForce licenses if you have a bureau (Payroll Agency). As a Payroll Bureau, you can purchase your licenses using one of these methods:
- Purchasing licenses for more than one month for multiple companies at one go
- Purchasing licenses every month for multiple companies
Purchasing licenses for more than one month for multiple companies at one go
- Scenario: I would like to buy 10 Payroll licenses for 12 months for all my payroll clients.
Step 1: Please make sure that you are on your Main Company. If you are not, please click on your current company name drop-down, and click on your Main Company.
Step 2: Open your license calendar page by clicking on Product Switcher>WorkForce, and then click on the Licence Renewal from the left-hand side menu.
Step 3: Select the Company for whom you would like to add the licenses from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Click on the Payroll module
Step 5: A pop-up will appear and will allow you to add the necessary details such as Month From and Month To, and the number of employees. Click on Add to Cart to add your selection to your shopping cart.
Note: Leave licenses are added for free with every Payroll license bought.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 3, 4, and 5 to add the licenses for all your companies.
Step 5: Once all the licenses have been added to the cart, simply click on Pay Now if you would like to pay with a Credit/Debit card or Other Methods of Payment[+] to complete your transaction with PayPal.
IMPORTANT: To update already existing licenses, you need to put in the number of licenses you wish to purchase plus the number of existing licenses. To provide a practical example, if you have 10 licenses and wish to purchase another 5, you will need to add 15 as the number of licenses you would like to purchase.
Purchasing licenses every month for multiple companies
- Scenario: I am licensed till September 2022. I would like to buy the licenses for all my companies for October 2022.
Note: You can still use the method above to complete this process, however, using this method will save you time.
Step 1: Please make sure that you are on your Main Company. If you are not, please click on the Company Name drop-down, and click on your Main Company.
Step 2: Open your license calendar page by clicking on Product Switcher>WorkForce, and then click on the Licence Renewal tab from the left-hand side menu.
Step 3: Switch to the Bureau Tab on top of the screen.
Step 4: Click on Calculate for Next Month.
Step 5: The page will calculate the total number of Payroll licenses you had in the previous month, and by default, pre-fill the column Licenses to buy for the following month with the number of licenses you had in the previous month. This number can be confirmed or edited by clicking on the checkbox next to the company name.
Step 6: Once all the licenses have been added to the cart, simply click on Pay Now if you would like to pay with a Credit/Debit card or Other Methods of Payment[+] to complete your transaction with PayPal.
