This article will provide insight on how to provide yourself or newly invited/added users with access to the different WorkForce Modules, and the different access levels that can be provided.
Note: When creating a new company, it is important that as a Global Administrator, you follow this process to give yourself Administrator permissions on the modules you shall be using. Moreover, when inviting or adding new users to WorkForce, they require to have the required access permissions on each WorkForce module they shall be using.
Step 1: Open your user management page by clicking on Product Switcher>WorkForce, and then click on the Manage Users tab from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Each WorkForce module has its own set of permissions. To switch between each module, click on the drop-down menu WorkForce to the far right.
Step 3: Select the preferred module and click the Search icon
Step 4: Click on the check boxes next to the users’ details to grant the required permissions.
