Users with this permission will have a full view of the company and access to administrative functionalities such as managing users, viewing reports, purchasing licenses, viewing invoices, and updating company settings.
It is important to note that the Administrator role for WorkForce is different when compared to the Administrator roles of the software modules, to give an example, a user can be set as an Administrator for Payroll, Timekeeper, or Leave, while simply being a user for WorkForce.
The steps below explain how you can set up a Global Administrator. Only the Global Administrator has access to provide other users with Global Administrator permission. When creating a new company, the creator is automatically provided Global Administrator permissions. S/he can then start inviting/adding other users to WorkForce.
How do I set up a Global Administrator?
Step 1: Open your user management page by clicking on Product Switcher>WorkForce, and then click on the Manage Users tab from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Select WorkForce from the product drop-down menu.
Step 3: Tick the tick box under 'Administrator' to provide other users
