On WorkForce Timekeeper, you can easily monitor the health status of your punch clock/s.
If a device fails to connect with WorkForce, the syncing of employees from WorkForce to the device, as well as, the automatic upload of clockings from the device to WorkForce will not work as intended. For this reason, you can easily monitor the device's health status, and if the device fails to connect with WorkForce you can immediately start the troubleshooting process.
Note: All syncing of employees and clockings will be uploaded after the device reconnects with WorkForce Timekeeper.
How do I view my device/s health status?
Step 1: Launch the WorkForce Timekeeper module and click on Dashboard from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Device Health is the section that lets you know the status of your device/s. This section will show a full list of your devices, with their respective health status, last updated date, and time (if you're seeing a green tick, that means that the device is connected to WorkForce. Should there be any issues related to the device's connectivity, a red tick will be shown).
