If you have approved the overtime and attendance hours but did not lock the approved period and need to unapprove overtime, attendance, and/or breaks, an administrator or approver would need to untick the approved hours that are incorrect and then click Approve Hours. This would allow the administrator or approver to re-approve hours as needed.
Step 1: Launch the WorkForce Timekeeper module, click on Approvals from the left-hand side menu, and then on By Employee.
Step 2: Choose the date from, date to, and the employee and click on Refresh.
Step 3: Untick the approved hours that are incorrect and click on the Approve Hours button at the bottom of the screen.
Upon completing step 3, you may proceed to edit the overtime, attendance, and/or break hours as needed, and re-approve the hours accordingly by pressing the Approve Hours button again.
