This article will provide insight into how to provide users with access to WorkForce People, and the different access levels that can be provided.
Please make sure that your users have been added or invited to WorkForce before going over this article. Please click here for more information on inviting or adding users to WorkForce.
Step 1: From the main menu of WorkForce, click Manage Users
Step 2: Select People from the product drop-down menu
Step 3: Tick the permission tick box that you would like to provide to the user/users. Please refer to the below table for a description of each Payroll permission.
The table below gives you a description of each People permission:

Administrator |
Can create and view all employee data, can set up and have Full Access to all Custom Tabs, view the HR Calendar, upload and view all files, setup and assign training, can setup any type of Workflow, and issue reports. |
HR |
Can create and view all employee data, view the HR Calendar, setup and assign training, can setup any type of Workflow, and issue reports for all employees. |
Approver |
Can create and view employees' data that s/he supervises, view the HR Calendar, and issue reports for employees that s/he supervises. |
Payroll Editor |
Gives HR and Approver access to view and edit payroll data in the Employee Details Form. |
