This article will help you familiarise yourself with the types of reports you can generate from the Payroll module.

There are various Payroll-related you can download in Excel or PDF:
- Payslip
Payslips can be generated in PDF or Excel, and can be sent to employees either via email or through their employee portal. - Payroll Analysis Report
A report showing a breakdown of a pay run per department and employee for a run. This report can be generated for one or more pay runs and can be grouped by Department or Employee. - Field Export
An excel [only] report where the user chooses which payroll fields will be shown in the report. This report can be generated for one or more pay runs. - Overtime Breakdown
A report that shows each employee's overtime breakdown in one or more pay runs. - Part Timer Leave
A report showing a list of hourly paid employees and their respective pro-rata leave entitlement for each quarter. - Worked Hours
A report that shows each employee's total worked hours in a pay run period. - SEPA
A report showing each employee's Direct Credit Details and net amount in a pay run period.
Note: This is not the actual report that is uploaded on the bank's website. This report shows a breakdown of each employee's direct credit details and the net amount for the period. - Current Salary
A report showing each employee's Basic Salary at a selected date. - Current Salary and Fixed [Payroll] Data
A report showing each employee's Basic Salary and Fixed Payroll Data at a selected date. - Salary Changes
A report showing each update made on employees' Basic Salary during a selected period. - FS3
FS3s can be generated in PDF or Excel, and can be sent to employees either via email or through their employee portal. - FS5
- FS5 Breakdown
A report showing the breakdown of FSS Tax, Social Security, and MLC for each employee. - FS7
- Yearly Payroll Check
A report showing any potential errors that you may encounter during the Electronic Lodgement Submission, for example, missing information such as ID Card number, FS5s or FS3s that are yet to be generated, etc.
