WorkForce People however gives you the capability to build Custom Employee Data Tabs that will hold any other data that you wish to hold on your employees. In addition to the standard Payroll, Leave, and Timekeeper tabs that hold data related to these modules, the WorkForce HR engine in People allows you to create any type of database entry so you can keep track of any type of employee data that would be of relevance and interest to your company to file in relation to your employees.
This helps you to eliminate countless excel sheets, all with different kinds of employee-related information, by storing everything in one central and secure place.
