You may encounter a case where a new employee is not showing on Payroll. What would you need to check?
- Confirm that the employee is linked with the Payroll module. For more information on how to link an employee with the Payroll module click here.
- Confirm that the employee has been created with the correct engagement date.
- Confirm that the employee has been created with the correct Payroll Frequency.
Note: If you are running a Monthly Payroll, make sure that the employee's payroll frequency is setup accordingly. Such a setting is found in the employee's profile, under the 'Employment Details' tab.
