You may encounter a case where a new employee is not showing on Payroll. What would you need to check?

1. Confirm that the employee is linked with the Payroll module. For more information on how to link an employee with the Payroll module click here.
   
   
2. Confirm that the employee has been created with the correct engagement date.
   
   
3. Confirm that the employee has been created with the correct Payroll Frequency.
   Note: If you are running a Monthly Payroll, make sure that the employee's payroll frequency is setup accordingly. Such a setting is found in the employee's profile, under the 'Employment Details' tab.
