In the event of employees needing to have their Employment Type changed (For example: An employee changing from Part-Time to Full-Time), WorkForce requires that the original employee is given a termination date, and duplicated as a new employee with the new information to reflect the changes in employment.
Note: To duplicate an employee, click on the Duplicate Employee button at the button of the screen, and select which information you would like to replicate on the new profile.
Note: At the end of the year, the employee will still have just one FS3 as long as (1) The ID Card number on both profiles is the same (no extra zeros at the beginning or at the end of the ID Card Number) and (2) The employee's civil status has not been updated.
