You may encounter a case with new or existing employees where you cannot update their Overtime hours while processing your payroll.
The screenshot below shows an example where you cannot update the Hrs/Units for the Overtime Fields.
This scenario is triggered when the employee is linked with the Timekeeper module. Since the employee is linked, WorkForce Payroll expects that the overtime hours are approved and transferred from WorkForce Timekeeper.
